🏗️ Available Positions & Requirements
1️⃣ Pipe Welder Foreman
Lead and supervise welding crews, ensure welding quality, and maintain project timelines with strong coordination and safety leadership.
Key Requirements:
5–10 years’ welding trade experience
Proven supervisory/foreman experience
Strong knowledge of WPS, welding codes & fabrication standards
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity
2️⃣ Equipment & Maintenance Foreman
Supervise maintenance activities, handle equipment readiness, coordinate crews, and ensure all tasks meet safety and operational standards.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ maintenance or equipment experience
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems & procedures
Ability to manage tools, PPE, and resources
Strong English communication & leadership skills
Experience in CMMS or maintenance documentation systems
3️⃣ Instrument Technician Foreman
Oversee instrument installation, tubing work, testing, and commissioning with precision and adherence to technical drawings.
Key Requirements:
4–10 years’ instrumentation experience
Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics & hook-up drawings
Strong supervisory and team-coordination skills
Experience in offshore/industrial projects preferred
Good English communication skills
4️⃣ Maintenance Technician
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, facility systems, and utilities to ensure continuous operations.
Key Requirements:
3+ years’ relevant industrial maintenance experience
Diploma/Trade Certificate preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
Ability to read technical drawings
Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
5️⃣ Structural Welding Foreman
Lead structural welding teams, manage materials and consumables, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
5–10 years’ structural welding experience
Proven foreman/supervisory experience
Knowledge of welding procedures, codes, and fabrication standards
Strong planning, communication & team leadership skills
Ability to monitor productivity and maintain documentation
6️⃣ Mobile Crane Operator
Operate mobile cranes for lifting operations, perform inspections, follow lift plans, and ensure safe, precise movement of loads.
Key Requirements:
Valid Qatar Crane Operator Driving Licence (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years’ crane operating experience
Ability to read and understand English
Communication skills in Hindi preferred
Third-party crane operator training is an added advantage
