Urgent Hiring: QFAB Supervisors (Oil & Gas – Offshore)

Painting Supervisor
Experience Required: 8+ years in industrial painting, specifically in Oil & Gas
Previous Title: Painting Supervisor (min. 2 years) or Senior Painting Foreman (min. 10 years)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all surface preparation and application of protective coatings on offshore structures, including Topside modules, Jackets, and subsea components.
Ensure all painting activities meet project specifications, technical data sheets, and ISO standards.
Conduct inspections (DFT, adhesion tests) to guarantee coating quality and longevity.
Manage paint materials, including inventory, mixing, and application, minimizing waste.
Lead and train crews in safe and effective blasting and painting techniques, with a strong emphasis on HSE procedures due to the hazardous nature of the work.
Collaborate with construction and QA/QC teams to ensure proper sequencing and inspection of painted surfaces.
Mandatory Experience & Skills:
Oil & Gas Experience: Minimum one year of experience in Offshore Topside & Jackets or subsea structure painting is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of paint materials (epoxy, polyurethane, zinc), surface preparation standards (SA 2.5, SA 3), and application methods (airless spray).
Note: This role is focused on new construction coating, not maintenance. Candidates with only refinery maintenance experience will not be considered.
Soft Skills: Excellent English communication and computer skills.
