Role Overview:
Specialized technician focused on maintenance and repair of LNG cargo systems, including cryogenic pumps, valves, and cargo tanks. Works with extreme temperature equipment to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cargo tank protection and pump removal/refitting
Execute cryogenic rigging activities
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness
Prevent material wastage and report equipment malfunctions
Follow all safety and environmental protocols
Participate in self-development through on-the-job training
Requirements:
3+ years as a ship engine mechanic in the marine/offshore industry
Trade apprenticeship or secondary education
Experience with heavy machinery/valves in shipyard settings
Basic English language skills and the ability to read drawings
Team-oriented with strong practical problem-solving skills
