1. OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this procedure is to lay down an effective standard operating procedure
for smooth and speedy recruitment, selection, and mobilization of the required categories
of manpower for Clients abroad, as well as selection/hiring of manpower from abroad
to meet any manpower requirement of our Client.
2. SCOPE
This procedure shall apply to locations of Mancon International offices, connected with the mobilization of requested manpower, and identify the areas of responsibility and coordination with the concerned Clients.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leader HR, MANCON International shall be responsible for the recruitment/selection of Manpower & its mobilization from Pakistan.
